Customer Service Representative
Location: Fountain Valley, CA

Currently, we have an opening in our Fountain Valley office for a Customer Service Representative in the X-Charge Department.

Duties for this position include:

  • Receives calls from X-Charge credit card processing clients with escalated customer service issues. Investigates and resolves the issues to customer satisfaction. This includes, but is not limited to, missing funds, bank account changes, DBA changes, legal changes, adding Amex and Discover accounts, closing accounts, setting up internet access for CAM customers.
  • Responds to technical questions from the Inside Sales group regarding X-Charge software. Provides Tier One Technical Support to X-Charge clients.
  • Makes courtesy calls to top processing customers and resellers, ensuring they are happy with CAM's products and services.
  • Other duties as assigned

This position requires the following:

  • Strong customer service orientation; able to soothe and calm clients who are upset or angry.
  • At least five years of experience in a Customer Service role.
  • Experience with bookkeeping or accounting principles. Strong abilities in working with numbers.
  • Outstanding problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, especially over the telephone
  • Highly organized and detail oriented. Must have excellent follow-up skills.
  • Flexible and able to multi-task
  • Familiar, or able to quickly become familiar, with CAM's Merchant Services offerings and software. Must gain detailed technical knowledge of the software. Technical education or experience is necessary.
  • Computer proficiency, especially with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • College degree or related experience.

The hours for this position are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Occasional work on company holidays will be required.

Inside Sales Representative
Location: Henderson, Nevada

Quality Assurance Specialist
Location: Fountain Valley, California

We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist for the Fountain Valley office. This position will be located in the X-Charge Customer Service group. The primary function for this role is to verify that the proper information has been set up for X-Charge Customers in our systems and the payment processor's system. This includes double checking the Merchant ID number, merchant bank account information, etc. If incorrect information is discovered, this individual will take the appropriate steps to have it corrected.

Technical Support Specialist

Networking Technician
Location: Henderson, Nevada

CAM is currently seeking an experienced Networking Technician to fill an exciting and challenging role in our Henderson, NV office. The Network Technician will be responsible for the maintenance of our IT infrastructure which is comprised of HP switches and Cisco PIX firewalls; Windows 2000/2003 IIS web servers; Debian Linux DNS, mail and database servers; Windows 2000/XP desktops; Windows NT4 servers; and Microsoft Exchange 5.5 mail server all in a mixed physical/virtual environment. This position requires interaction with both highly technical, and relatively non-technical end-users.

The Network Technician must be an excellent communicator with a positive attitude. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of resolving complex technical problems, quickly learning new technologies, recommending creative technology solutions to business needs, and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a comparable role. MCSE, MCSA, A+, Network+ or CompTIA Linux+ certification is a plus, as is a degree in Information Systems, MIS or Computer Science. The ability to lift up to 40 pounds is required.

Some weekend or after-hours work will be necessary in this role.
