Our tutorials are designed to give you a jumpstart in navigating and getting familiar with general system maintenance, setting up and managing vendors, inventory maintenance, customer information, and point of sale.

In-house Training
CAM also offers you the opportunity to come into our office for a full day with one of our software trainers. Training is available in our Fountain Valley, CA office. We offer structured training sessions for new customers, advanced training for those already familiar with the basic workings of the system, and custom sessions that can be tailored to meet your specific needs. If you are interested in visiting us, please fill out this training request form. Please note that in-house training is limited to 6 attendees.

RESOURCES
The more help you get from experts in getting your system properly set up and you and your staff trained, the more effective a system user you will become. From the day you place your order with us, we set in motion a proven process that will make the transition to our system a smooth one. Before you receive your system, you will get an installation workbook and a video called "Getting Ready For Your New System." This will help you prepare your staff and gather the information you need in order to best use the time we will spend with you at your store getting you up and running on your new system. The equipment is assembled and tested at our main facility in Fountain Valley, California, before it is shipped to the installation site. All software is loaded and setup. When the system arrives along with your personal Systems Engineer, you will usually be ready to set up your system and begin loading real data within the first day or two.
