Team Sales

Sports Team sales are easily handled within the CRM (Customer Relationship Module) module of Retail STAR. A “team” can be given its own entry within our CRM system and then assigned members. Retailers can then store information such as required gear, team colors, sizing information, etc. When team members then shop at the store, the retailer simply recalls the team member information right at the point of sale.

Group ordering and sales can also be accomplished through our built-in Special Order system . This system will auto generate Purchase Orders based upon Special Order instructions and then alert the Buyers and Customers when the goods arrive. Retailers don’t have to worry about accidentally selling the goods, as they are marked in the system as “reserved” for the team members.
