CAM32 Multi-Store Purchase Order/ Distribution Screen

This is a printout of the Manual Purchase Order screen. You can add, change, delete, display, and print purchase orders from this screen. You can also modify automatic suggested orders.

Multi-Store Distribution Screen

This is the screen displayed when you enter the quantity to order field (QTY) on the Manual Purchase Order screen. The system shows the current quantity on order, and on hand, as well as any items that are special order requests (REQ) and need to be ordered. This information is broken down by store. Where the screen reads "Quantity Price Breaks" the system would show if this item had special pricing based on the quantity purchased, so you could determine if it would make sense to order a larger quantity to get a better price. The system shows us the reorder point (ROP) and the maximum stocking level (MAX) for each store as we order. This gives the operator all the necessary information to make purchasing decisions on one screen.
