Sales Order

Sales Orders record goods provided and/or services rendered to a customer without affecting the general ledger. There are 3 ways to create a sales order: As an original order, importing a quotation, or processing iSTAR eCommerce orders. Once a sales order is created, you can email it to the customer, print it (sales order, pick ticket shipping label), tender payment or convert it into an invoice, create a purchase order for products on special order, and attached it to a job record.
